Your instructors Ingrid Riverstone and Antje Rainbarrwuy will offer you in-depth weaving training – covering native plant identification, collection and processing, natural dyes, 2-strand hand twining technique, weaving decorations and string creation.

Workshop will cover Identification, harvesting and preparation of wild or domestic natives and exotic plant species that I am familiar with for weaving and or dyes.

Identification, harvesting and preparation of wild or domestic natives and exotic plant species that I am less/un familiar with in order to share my method of experimentation which has lead to the growing fibre and dye resource BARE Weaving has built on the NSW/SE QLD coast, with the intention of seeding a broader weaving community.

Encourage self empowerment, nature connection and deep creativity through Opening to Conscious  Heart Relationship with Earth through exploring possible creative materials beyond basketry in the local environment of your community.

Guide and support sharing and connecting to build creative community.

Drawing from all of the above we can cater for the specific needs of your community and environment.

In addition to this I will supply fibre and dyes to share processes.  We will also have materials for sale.
