My pregnancy and birth services cover working with people who book whole packages for Pregnancy, Birth and Post Natal support and others who only need support in certain areas of their journey. I support with Birth Preparation, Creating your Birth Plan (map, preferences), Couples Birth and Parenting Preparation, Navigating the hospital system, Post Natal preparation and Support, Pelvic Alignment and baby positioning using Optimal Maternal Positioning, Spinning Babies and Rebozo. I also offer Placenta Services.

If you are looking for something I have not listed please ask me, I have lots of tools in my kit and I can refer you to other people if I can’t help you.

If you live outside of the Cairns region I can support you through online sessions. If you would like to discuss options or have any questions regarding how I can support you please let me know.
